Note: This online registration guide is for 2020new domestic students only. If you are a new international or Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan student, your registration guide will be sent to your registered email address.

每一位新生都需要在网上进行预注册

Chinese Gaokao is over.

And the letter of admission is also on the way.

Before formal admission,

Every new student need to register online.

新生网上预注册开放时间为8月10日—9月13日。

国内新生请务必在规定时间内完成网上预注册，否则将影响正常入学，及校内各项服务和设施的使用。

Online Pre-registration opens from 10th Aug, 2020 to 13th Sept. 2020.

You need to complete online pre-registration within the specified time, otherwise it will affect the admission, and the function of all campus services and facilities.

网上预注册包括三步骤：

第一步，激活IT账号：

激活IT账号，登录学校邮箱。学校邮箱是同学们学习生活的重要工具，是学生与学校各部门沟通的首要渠道。通过邮箱进入个性化学生系统MyNottingham，使用校园内的Wi-Fi等。

Step 1：Activate your IT account

Activate your IT account and log into university mailbox. University mailbox is an important tool for students to study and live in UNNC. It is also the primary channel for students to communicate with all university departments and tutors.

1.激活你的IT账号

点击UNNC IT Accounts

(itaccounts.nottingham.edu.cn)打开账号管理 系统，在“新用户”（New Users）一栏下面，找到“所有学生”（All Students）选项。我们建议您使用最新版的微软IE / Edge，谷歌Chrome或苹果Safari浏览器。

2. 在如下界面中输入您的姓氏（汉语拼音）、生日（DD/MM/YY，格式为日/月/年），和学号（Surname, DOB, and Student ID）。

3. 勾选同意Code of Practice, 然后点击继续。

4. 成功登录之后，系统会显示您的用户名、初始密码以及您的学校邮箱地址。（注意：初始密码是系统自动生成的，您需要在后续步骤中重新设置为您的个人密码。此页面的信息建议手机拍照，屏幕截图，或者用笔记下来，后面步骤会用到。）

5. 点击继续按钮（Continue）后将跳转至以下登陆界面，使用刚才记下的用户名和初始密码进行登陆。

6. 成功登录之后，请在这下一步中设置安全问题及相应答案，然后点击提交。

7. 请选择左侧栏中的修改密码（Change Password）来设置的您的个人密码。（请设置一个较为复杂的密码并牢记在心，密码长度最少8位，并且要同时包含至少一个大写字母(A-Z)，一个小写字母(a-z)，一个数字(0-9)和一个特殊字符(如@，!，%，#等)。密码中不要包括您的用户名或者全名连续超过2个字母以上。）

8. IT账户激活成功以后，系统需要约30分钟时间来同步数据，然后就可以登录学校的邮箱了。

第二步，上传照片申请校园卡(国内高考新生无需自行上传照片，高考照片将会用于校园卡和学生证制作)：

校园卡作为学生身份证明，用于考试、图书馆服务、打印机、和寝室生活等领域。若未按要求申请校园卡，你将无法正常使用学校设施。

Step 2：Upload pictures and apply for Student ID Card (Gaokao entry students do not need to upload pictures themselves since their Gaokao pictures will be used for Student ID card and Student Booklet)

Your Student ID Card will be used as student identification in the fields of examinations, library services, printers and living areas, etc. If you do not apply as required, you cannot use the university facilities normally.

1. 访问UNNC ID Card

(universitycard.nottingham.edu.cn)，输入用户名和密码登录。（注意：在这一步中，用户名是您的学号（例如：2012XXXX），密码是您的生日（格式：DDMMYY，例如：25091997。）

2. 登录以后，请根据屏幕上的指示上传照片，并点击确认（Confirm）。注意：照片必须是护照形式的本人近照（白色背景），尺寸约300×400像素，并且是JPG格式。照片大小最好不超过100KB，如果照片格式不符合要求会被系统自动裁剪。

3. 如果照片成功上传，您将会看到如下页面。

第三步，在MyNottingham上进行注册：

登录MyNottingham系统完成个人信息注册，正式成为一名UNNC学生。

Step 3：Register on Mynottingham

Log on My Nottingham and fill in your personal information. Then you are officially an UNNCer.
