疫情期间，请全体老师和同学们遵守学校防控管理要求，减少不必要外出和聚集，戴好口罩，勤洗手，保持社交距离，注意自身安全和个人防护。请务必避免出境、到达边境省市以及前往国内中高风险地区。
寒假期间，选择寒假离校在外居住的同学，未经批准一律不可进入校园。根据疫情形势，学校可能会调整春季开学时间和返校安排，请大家关注本微信公众号，及时了解进一步的通知，按学校要求做好返校及相关准备。
During the epidemic, all teachers and students should comply with the prevention and control management requirements, reduce unnecessary going out and gathering, wear masks, wash your hands frequently, keep social distance, pay attention to your own safety and personal protection.Be sure to avoid leaving China, reaching the border areas, as well as going to high or medium-risk areas in China.
During the winter vacation, students who have application to leave of university and live at outside can no longer enter the campus. 境内学生：无论在哪里，请保持手机、微信等畅通，密切关注微信群中老师们发出的疫情防控和开学报到信息并及时回应。与你们的班主任、辅导员或学院老师保持密切联系，若有任何行踪或身体状况变化，请及时告诉老师，以获得帮助。
境外学生：目前停留境外无法返校的学生，请通过微信、Email与学校或辅导员保持联系，获取疫情防控和开学相关通知，并及时回应Email里的相关问询。
Students in China: No matter where you are, please be available on your phone and WeChat. Also pay close attention to the updates provided by teachers inside the WeChat groups. Make sure you stay informed about epidemic prevention and control, the registration information, and make sure you respond in time. Keep in touch with the head teacher,counseloror head teacher of YTBU. In case there are any changes in your whereabouts or physical condition, please get in touch with the teachers.
Overseas students: For students who are currently staying abroad and cannot return to school, please keep in touch with the school or counselors through WeChat or Email to get relevant notices on epidemic prevention and the opening of the semester, and respond to relevant inquiries via Email in a timely manner.

Daily Safety Tips
离开住所必须关好门窗，外出期间不要随身携带大量现金和贵重物品，务必保管好自己的护照、钱包、手机等，谨防扒窃。
Make sure to shut your windows and doors when you go out. Do not carry large amounts of cash or valuables around. Be aware of pickpockets!
外出时自觉遵守交通规则，避免发生交通事故。尽量避免出入拥挤场所，尽量避免与他人发生冲突。
Follow traffic rules to avoid accidents. We also recommend avoiding extremely crowded places. Please stay away from any dispute.
不要轻易相信陌生人的电话、短信、邮件等，特别是询问个人信息或要求付费。
Be aware of strangers asking for personal information or money.
校内公寓住宿的学生请注意，不能在公寓房间内使用电热毯、电炉、电炒锅、电熨斗以及带有明火的设备。
Electrical appliances suchas electric blanket, stoves, pots, irons are not permitted to be used in the dorm.
外出要遵守中国的法律规定，不能违法犯罪；在离校居住时，凡更换住址必须在24小时内到辖区派出所做住宿登记，此项规定十分重要，不能忘记。
When going out, one should abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and not break the law or commit crimes. When you leave school, you must register at the local police station within 24 hours if you change your address. This regulation is very important and cannot be forgotten.
