My life inXFU

In May 2020, I am honored to be a member of the glorious teaching staff. As a fresh graduate, I entered “XFU” (Xi’an Fanyi University) in a different identity with hope, dream and responsibility. Teaching is one of the holiest tasks, as a saying goes: “It takes ten years to grow trees, but a hundred years to educate people.” Standing on the three Chinese foot platforms, I have embarked on an arduous and long journey of education.

I am very happy and honored to join “XFU”this big family, which not only gave me a growth to display myself, also a nice platform to be a brilliant teacher. In order to update the education concept of new teachers, improve the teacher’s professional ethics, understand the culture and spirit of “XFU”, and enhance the identity of educational concept and culture of university, induction for new teachers was carried on in July 2020. Five days training for new teachers impressed me so much. Since I joined this family, I have felt my colleagues’ earnest enthusiasm for education, the welcome and concern for the new teachers, and warmth of this nice working land.

Sometimes I am busy in work, but also I learn a lot from teaching, which lays a solid foundation for my future growth. What I thought I couldn’t do at all has been done.As a new teacher, with the help and support of colleagues and the trust and encouragement of school leaders, I have made great progress in teaching and teaching methods. In the past year, I have gained a lot from learning and teaching. I deeply realized that education is an art and a knowledge, which is worth studying all my life. At the same time, I feel my shortcomings in teaching. Whatever, I will work hard, step by step, keep learning, surpass myself day after day, and believe that everything will be more perfect tomorrow.
