Introduction

As the Organizer, we used President Xi’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guide when designing this competition. We hope to focus on industry’s top resources through this competition. Also, we focus on the integration of application-oriented talent training, technological innovation, product development. At the same time, we scrupulously adhere to the people-oriented principles and rigorous innovation thoughts. Taking internationalization and marketization together as the leading factors, based on both innovation and application, we make efforts to establish a productive, learnable, findable annual event of design for international College/University students. We have gathered many excellent design resources from different countries and cultivated the new generation of original design power. We hope to show the design talents of young students through the competition, stimulate the creative vitality of campus culture, guide creative design to be close to the times, integrate into campus, and be green and sustainable, improve college students’ innovative ability, practical ability and overall quality, improve campus quality and promote the development of design education.

Make the public welfare renovation projects of school campus, design and transform the poverty alleviation primary school in Shandong province, which assigned by sponsor.The design scheme includes classroom space, teaching equipment, school building space, cultural activity space and dining space.(See the appendix for details: B – Social Public Welfare Class).

(film and television/public service advertisement design, micro film (video) production, photography, etc.)

Specific requirements of the work:

● Video files: unlimited standard and HD, MP4 format, time length controlled within 10 minutes.

● Photography file: A3 format (297mm×420mm) format with the title and introduction of the work. Distinguish 300DPI, JPG image, CMYK color. (In case of award, all source documents related to the proposal should be provided).

整体说明

01.图纸规格：

不小于A3幅面，要求分辨率不低于300dpi，每幅图纸大小不超过30M，以jpg或pdf格式提交。

02.图纸内容：

●能充分表达作品创作意图的总平面图，建筑平面图、剖面图、立面图（比例不限），透视图（剖切透视、轴侧等表现形式不限）；

●反映设计主题的分析图示及绿色性能论证材料等；

●设计者认为能有助于反映设计内涵的其他图件（如构造大样、模型照片等）；

●不超过500字的设计说明（组合于图面之中）；

●作品名称及序列号在图中醒目呈现，三幅图纸分别为：XXX-1，XXX-2，XXX-3。

提交全套设计方案和工程文件（含贴图、模型、材质文件）、渲染效果图（JPEG格式、300dpi）。环境设计制作的漫游动画作品需提交视频，mp4格式。（提交要求详见附件4）

Overall description

01.Drawing specification:

no less than A3 format, resolution no less than 300DPI, size of each drawing no more than 30M, submitted in JPG or PDF format.

02.Drawing Content:

● fully express the creative intention of the work: the general plan, building plans, sections, elevations (in all ratio), perspective (cutting perspective, axial and other forms of expression are not limited);

●the design theme of the analysis diagram and Eco-Friendly performance demonstration materials;

● Other drawings which could reflect the design connotation (construction samples, model photos, etc.);

● Design description less than 500 words (combined in drawings);

● The name and serial number of the work should be displayed obviously in the figure. Three drawings: XXX-1, XXX-2 and XXX-3.

Supplements

Submit full set of design scheme and engineering files (including map, model and material files), rendering effect drawing (JPEG format, 300DPI). Works of Environment design should be submitted with video in MP4 format.(See appendix 4 for details of submission requirement).

评审规则

1

实行三级选拔制度

01.初选：

参赛单位自行组织。将已筛选好的作品在赛事期间由参赛单位登录"立达设计奖"小程序“院校报名”注册报名，在赛事官网统一上传作品。

个人参赛要自行登录“立达设计奖”小程序“个人报名”处注册报名，在大赛官网上传作品，将由大赛主办方集中进行个人作品的初选工作。

02.专家评选：

大赛组委会组织专家评审，获奖比例一般不超过作品总数的45％（每个项目设金奖1名，银奖3名，最佳创意奖5名）。

03.最终评选：

专家评审50%+企业家评审30%+网络评选20%，评选出金奖、银奖、最佳创意奖、网络人气奖、杰出设计青年奖。

评审办法

01.非命题类作品：

评审按照创意40%、制作30%、美观30%三大指标，按照每幅作品的平均得分评出相应奖项。

02.命题/公益类作品：

专家评审50%+企业家评审30%+网络评选20%，同时按照创意40%、制作30%、美观30%三大指标。按照每幅作品的平均得分评出相应奖项。

Review rules

Three-level selection system

01. Primary election:

All participating units should be self-organized. Please register within the deadline through Lida Design Award applet in Wechat and upload your works from official website.

For individual participation, please register though Lida Design Award applet in Wechat and upload your works from official website. The organizer will conduct a preliminary selection for individual works.

02. Expert selection:

The organizing committee of the competition organizes expert jury, and the proportion of winners should not exceed 45% of the total number of works (1 gold prize, 3 silver prizes and 5 best creative prizes for each project).

03.Final selection:

Expert review: 50%; Entrepreneur review: 30%; Internet review: 20%;

Awards include: Gold award, silver Award, best Creative Award, Internet Popularity Award, and Outstanding Design Youth Award.

Evaluation methods

01. Non-propositional works:

40% creativity, 30% production and 30% aesthetics, The corresponding award is evaluated according to the average score of each work.

02. Propositions/public welfare works:

Experts review 50%+ entrepreneurs review 30%+ network review 20%;

and the creative 40%, production 30%, aesthetics 30%.

The corresponding award is evaluated according to the average score of each work.

优秀组织奖：授予学校，依据参赛校对大赛的重视程度、作品数量质量、宣传报道（学校官网、官微及时转发大赛动态、报道赛事组织情况、获奖情况等）、组织工作规范度等标准评选。

以上所有奖项皆有获奖证书，具体奖项设计和获奖名额，会根据各类参赛类型人数适时调整。

The top 100 Outstanding Designers Youth Certificate

Excellent Instructor Award (54 students) with a bonus of RMB 0.1 thousand + certificate

Excellent organization Award: It can be awarded to the school based on the importance attached to the proofreading competition, the quantity and quality of the works, the publicity reports (the school's official website, the timely forwarding of the competition trends, the reporting of the competition, etc.), and the standard of organizing.

All the above awards have certifications. The specific details and the number of awards will be adjusted according to the number of participants.

作品要求

1.作品不得包含违反中华人民共和国法律法规的内容，不得包含涉及与性别、宗教相关的歧视性内容，不得侵犯他人隐私，如由此引起的相关法律后果均由参赛者承担。

2.为保证评审公正，作品展示部分不允许出现学校、作者姓名及其他赛事标识等，一经发现将作扣分处理，情节严重者取消参赛资格。

3.作品提交后，不得修改作者姓名、顺序、指导老师信息，允许更正个别错字。

4.组委会不退还参赛作品，请投稿人妥善保管。

5.参赛作品及海报，建议使用组委会提供的Logo在右上角标注。

6.禁止赛事内一稿多投，即同一件作品在同一届赛事内只容许投一次，如有违反一经发现，取消参赛资格。

7.必须为原创，因抄袭和剽窃他人作品发生知识产权或版权纠纷等由参赛者承担法律后果。组委会对参赛作品图片拥有印刷、出版、宣传使用等权利。

8.参赛选手请及时关注大赛官方所发出的比赛进程消息，并保持手机畅通，以便工作人员对参赛信息的传达和沟通。

Requirements for works

1. The work shall not contain content that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and shall not contain any discriminatory content related to gender or religion, also infringe upon the privacy of others. The relevant legal consequences are borne by thee participants.

2. In order to ensure fair evaluation, the name of school, author's name and other event logos are not allowed to appear in the exhibition of the work. Points will be deducted once found; serious cases will be disqualified from participating in the competition.

3. After the work was submitted, the author's name, order and instructor information shall not be modified, and individual wrong words are allowed to be corrected.

4. The organizing committee will not return the entries. Please keep the entries properly.

5. For entries and posters, please use the Logo provided by the organizing committee and annotate at the upper right corner.

6. It is prohibited to submit more than one draft within the event, that is, the same piece of work can only be submitted once in the same event. If any violation is found, the participant will be disqualified.

7. It must be original, and the competitors shall bear the legal consequences of intellectual property rights or copyright disputes arising from plagiarism and plagiarism. The organizing committee has the right to print, publish, publicize and use the pictures of the entries.

8. Participants should pay close attention to the race progress information issued by the contest officials and keep mobile phones unblocked so that the staff can convey and communicate the contest information.
