如果你对于户外、教育、公益感兴趣，愿意走出自己的舒适区，探索自己更多的可能性，那这里会是你最合适的舞台。

经过两次训练生的招聘、训练与实习，湖北奥博户外拓展中心已有成熟的训练生培训体系。

If you are interested inoutdoor, education, orpublic welfare, and are willing to step out of your comfort zone and explore more possibilities for yourself, then this will be the most suitable stage for you.

Here you can have an international working environment and training*, and have the opportunity to go to OB institutions in more than 30 countries/regions** for exchanges and internships.

After two recruitment, training, and internships of trainees, Outward Bound Hubei has established mature trainee training systems.

About Us

湖北奥博户外拓展中心，成立于2019年，是中国内地第一所外展训练学校。帮助学生从陌生环境的挑战中发现和发展其潜能是我们的使命，顾己及人，以至关心身处的世界。我们跟武汉学院紧密合作，举办优质而安全的户外历险课程。第一期课程将于2021夏季在神农架举行。

Outward Bound Hubei founded in 2019, We are the first Outward Bound school in the Chinese mainland. Our mission is to help people discover and develop their potentials to care for themselves, others, and the world around them through challenging experiences in an unfamiliar setting. We work closely with Wuhan College to organize quality and safe outdoor adventure courses. The operation will start in 2021 summer in Shennongjia.

培训与就业

Training&Beyond

训练生将于2021年冬季在位于神农架的湖北奥博户外拓展中心进行约两个月野外领导能力训练，经政府相关部门批准后，前往香港外展训练学校进行培训。

训练内容包括相关的户外活动如徒步、导航、独木舟、拯溺、急救等的专项训练，及小组管理、课程设计、解说、安全、风险评估等综合能力训练。

毕业生将受聘为湖北奥博户外拓展中心的户外拓展导师。

Trainees will have 2 months of outdoor leadership training by winter 2021, in Outward Bound Hubei at Shennongjia, they will have further training in Outward Bound Hong Kong(withapproval by the government).

Technical training includes hiking, navigating, kayaking, lifesaving, and first aid, while would also provide soft-skill training such as group management, course design, facilitation, safety, and risk assessment.

After graduate trainees would work as Outdoor Instructor in Outward Bound Hubei.

5.二十五岁或以下（没有参加过外展课程的同学都可应聘）
