weekend用on还是at

表示“在周末”之意时，英国英语中用at：at weekends/at the weekend；美国英语中用on：on weekends/on the weekend。

二者区别

at the weekend表示某个具体的周末；on the weekend表示特定的的某个周末（比较正式用法）。

on是特定的某个时间，例如在某件事正发生当天，风和日丽的一天；或者年，世纪。

weekends是周末，weekends是特定的两天，而不是随便一天中的某个时刻，用on。而at是周或者小时的介词；其实两者是用法上的区别，没有实质上的区别。

英式英语习惯用at；美式英语习惯使用on。
