f the above shall be subject to prosecution under the applicable state and federal laws. 所有在snc 网上外汇交易平台(“snc ?pro”)，网上交易系统的版权、商标、商业秘密和其它知识产权，应一直由snc 对财产统一管理。客户除有权查阅和使用规定具体提到的外，在snc ?pro没有权利或利益。客户承认，snc 通过付出大量技能、时间、精力和金钱，使fip为保密和专利的。客户同意并保证，客户要在雇员和代理人因需要对其允许进入snc ?pro的时候，保护snc 的保密性。顾客不公布或以任何其他资料让第三方获得或涉及、snc 网上外汇交易平台。顾客不得利用复制、修改、反向编译、逆向工程，产出盗版snc ，或以其运作方式的网上交易平台。违反上述任何规定，可根据州和联邦适用的法律被检控。
