force majeure (不可抗力) snc ??shall not be liable to the customer for any loss, cost, damage or expense sustained or incurred by the customer, directly or indirectly, by reason of any cause beyond snc ?’s control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of god, civil unrest, war, insurrection,? international? intervention,? governmental? action (including,? without? limitation,? exchange? controls,? forfeitures, nationalizations, devaluations), market conditions, inability to communicate with any relevant person or entity or any breakdown or failure of any transmission or communication system or computer facility, whether belonging to snc , customer or any market or any settlement or clearing system. snc 不对客户，因任何snc 可控制外的原因，包括但不仅限于，自然灾害天灾、动乱、战争、叛乱、国际干预、政府行为(包括但不仅仅限于外汇管制、没收、国有化、贬值)、市场条件、无法沟通、任何有关个人或实体，或任何任何传输、通信系统或计算机设施，是否关于snc 的客户、任何市场或任何结算、清算系统的故障或失效，而客户任何持续或招致的直接或间接损失、费用、损坏负责。
